Dear Michael,

With a little help from my elves I found out that you have been a nice little boy this year, and that you have been listening to your friends and family.

For this reason and also because you are very dear to me I have decided to send you this toy railway that you have wished for so much. And if you will continue to be nice to everyone and to listen to your parents then we shall meet again next year with other surprises.

Before ending this letter I want you to promise that you will do your best not to take small grades at Math and not to upset your Grandma Mary.

Now, me and my reindeers have to go, because it's Christmas Eve. And we have a lot of gifts for nice children just like you from all over the world. They are all waiting for us and we cannot disappoint them, can we?
